Blank Retail Products

You may return any unused, blank retail product within 30 working days of delivery for any reason. To initiate a return, notify us in writing via email within 14 days of delivery. While we’ll gladly process your return, please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is damaged.

Bespoke & Customized Products

We take pride in creating custom pieces just for you! Because each bespoke or made-to-order item is tailored to your specific needs, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We hope you understand that that Products Made to Order or Custom Made or Customised to your Specifications (“Bespoke”) cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned, as we are unable to resell goods that have been specifically made to meet your specifications and requirements.

However, if there’s an error on our part, we’ll make it right! Just reach out to our customer care team, and we’ll happily arrange a repair, replacement, or other solution to ensure you’re completely satisfied. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to making things right.

Returns

If you need to return an eligible item, we’ll issue a reimbursement equal to the original amount paid (excluding shipping and discounts on customized goods). Returns are usually processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the merchandise.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is complete. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Depending on your bank, it may take one additional billing cycle for the funds to reflect on your statement.

While we strive to get every order just right, if something’s not perfect, we’ll make it right. If your item doesn’t match your approved design or was printed or embroidered on the wrong product, we’ll either remake the affected pieces or issue a full or partial refund—whichever you prefer. Just let us know within 10 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Exchanges

We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their orders. However, if you are not satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue and ensure you are happy with your purchase.

For non-customized items, we provide the option of a refund or exchange. In the rare instance of receiving damaged custom goods, we are committed to addressing the issue and finding a solution that meets your satisfaction.

Cancellations

At Power Rich Sports Inc, we strive to accommodate your needs. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us to notify us. Ensure to include the reference number and the reason for your cancellation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. After this period, a restocking fee of 25% of the order amount may be applied. For personalized items, a $20 customization fee is incorporated into your order total and cannot be refunded once production has begun. However, if the order has yet to enter production, we may be able to retrieve it.
