Please carefully review the following information before requesting or arranging a return.

Blank Retail Products

You may return any delivered blank retail product(s) you have purchased within 30 working days of Delivery, for any reason. To do so you must notify us in writing via email or post within 14 days of Delivery. If you are returning a product(s) for any reason, except damaged product(s), you must pay the costs of Returning the product(s) to us.

Bespoke Products

Please note that Products Made to Order or Custom Made or Customised to your Specifications (“Bespoke”) cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned, as we are unable to resell goods that have been specifically made to meet your specifications and requirements.


Reimbursements for returns will be equal to the original amount paid, except for shipping fees and any discounts applied to customized items. On average, it takes about 3 to 5 business days from receiving the returned merchandise for us to process a return. You will receive an email confirming the return has been completed, but it could take up to 7-10 business days to see the return listed on your account. In addition, due to bank-specific policies, it may take an additional billing cycle for the funds to show up on your statement.

Although we strive for perfection, if we make a mistake, we want to ensure a seamless resolution for you. If the items in your order do not reflect your final design or have been printed or embroidered on the wrong products, we will rectify the situation. We will either recreate the incorrect pieces or provide a full or partial refund. If we cannot reprint or embroider the details correctly, we will issue a refund for those items. Let us know within 10 days of receiving your order, and we'll take care of the rest.


We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers are happy with their orders. However, if you are not satisfied, please reach out to us. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue and ensure you are happy with your purchase.

For non-customized items, we provide the option of a refund or exchange. In the rare instance of receiving damaged custom goods, we are committed to addressing the issue and finding a solution that meets your satisfaction.


At Power Rich Sports Inc, we strive to accommodate your needs. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us to let us know. Ensure to include the reference number and the reason for your cancellation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. After this time, a restocking fee of 25% of the order amount may apply. For personalized items, a $20 customization fee is incorporated into your order total and cannot be refunded once production has begun. However, if the order has yet to enter production, we may be able to retrieve it.


All purchases are considered final 30 days after receiving the product.

Please be advised, the customizations offered by us are not produced by or affiliated with, any professional sports brand, league, or manufacturer. Our products are independently crafted and feature original designs, not the branding of any specific sports league.
