What is the cost of shipping and delivery?

We have two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping.  Selecting Expedited Shipping will not impact the production timeline, it will however accelerate your delivery time.The shipping rates and usual average shipping times are as following:


What is the typical delivery time for my order?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days followed by 7-12 days for standard deliveries. With expedited shipping, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.

The process will begin the first business day after your order has been submitted. If design or logo approvals, written approval must be received before moving to the production phase. Once this is complete, processing will begin the next business day. Any delays in obtaining approvals are the responsibility of the client and may impact the final delivery schedule.

Please keep in mind that during holidays our processing time may change.


How will I be notified once my order has been shipped?

Processing time for orders may take up to 3-5 business days due to the custom elements required. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is prepared to be shipped. This email will include a tracking number for your shipment, allowing you to easily track the status of your delivery. Status updates will become available within 24-48 hours.

Note that delivery dates may be impacted by adverse weather conditions or holidays. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out - our team is happy to help!


What shipping companies do you work with?

We uses multiple carriers for shipping, such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, DHL, and FedEx. The carrier we choose for your order is determined by various factors, such as the items you have purchased, the shipping address, the size and weight of the order, and the desired delivery speed.


Do you offer international shipping?

We're excited to offer worldwide shipping options! Our go-to carriers are UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and USPS. Although production time remains unchanged, shipping costs may vary based on the order’s destination. Please note that our delivery rates do not include any duty fees that may be applied in your country.

While international orders may require a few extra days to arrive we are unable to provide a specific delivery date. It's important to remember that international orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.


General Shipping Conditions:

1. While we aim to deliver our orders as quickly as possible, the arrival times listed above (adjusted according to where the table is) should be used as an estimate. There may be unexpected delays in parcel processing and delivery services in select countries.

2. To ensure successful delivery, please provide details for the following:

Shipping address. This includes the unit number along with any other details necessary.

Email address. This is required to send you your order confirmation and shipping notifications.

Phone number. This will allow our carrier to contact you if needed.

3. Kindly note that Power Rich Sports Inc assumes no responsibility for unsuccessful deliveries caused by inaccurate shipping information (address, zip code, phone number etc). We will not be held liable for unsuccessful deliveries or any additional shipping costs incurred due to personal reasons.

4. Our standard shipping methods allow for delivery to P.O. Box and military addresses (APO/FPO), however, expedited options are not available at this time. Additionally, please be aware that shipping to remote areas, outlying territories, islands, and military addresses (APO/FPO) often has an extended timeline. That being said, we will always do our best to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

5. Shipping and delivery services may experience disruptions during public holidays or severe weather conditions. While these circumstances are beyond our control, regular operational hours typically resume soon after.

6. Detailed tracking information for your order will only be available once it arrives in the country listed for delivery. For expedited shipping, please be patient and allow several business days for delivery, even if tracking information is not immediately available. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

7. Shipping times to specific destinations may take longer due to lengthy customs clearance procedures. For example, the Middle East may take 15-20 business days, Latin America may take 20-30 working days, Africa may take 12-25 working days and Southeast Asia may take 10-20 working days.
